How long until I receive my order?
Your order will be made and dispatched within 5 working days. We try to ship orders as quickly and possible but please allow this time due to high volumes of orders at the moment. Once your order has been shipped it should take 3-5 working days to arrive with standard delivery. This only applies to the UK, delivery times may be longer for international orders.
If you have pre-ordered the Better Days hoodie, it will be dispatched on or by the 21st February.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship the Uk. This is due to extra charges, expenses and delays that come with delivering internationally.
We are sorry for this inconvenience but will be shipping internationally shortly once we've sorted through these issues.
Do you do custom orders?
At this time the only custom totes that we do are the ones available on the site! If you would like a design in a different thread colour please get in contact before placing your order and we will be happy to help and let you know if that is possible.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations of orders up to 1 hour after they were purchased. After that amount of time we do not accept cancellations. To cancel an order please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change my order?
Currently, you cannot change an order once it has been placed due to the amount of orders we have. If you need to change an address, please get in touch and email email@example.com. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the UK is free when you spend over £15. When you spend less than £15 there is a 99p delivery charge.
All international shipping varies depending on the weight of your order. International orders are sent fully tracked so you can keep up to date with how close your parcel is to you!

Most of our items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
