How long until I receive my order?

Please allow up to 14 days to receive your order due to the amount of orders that I have currently. Once your order has been shipped it should take 3-5 working days to arrive. This only applies to the UK, delivery times may be longer for international orders.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We now ship worlwide!

To avoid any delays on your order being processed, please make sure all details are entered correctly. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are not responsible for any additional import/custom charges.



Do you do custom orders?

At this time the only custom totes that we do are the ones available on the site! If you would like a design in a different thread colour please get in contact before placing your order and we will be happy to help and let you know if that is possible.

Can I cancel my order?

we accept cancellations of orders up to 1 hour after they were purchased. After that amount of time we do not accept cancellations. To cancel an order please contact us via totesforyouu@gmail.com.

Can I change my order?

Currently, you cannot change an order once it has been placed due to the amount of orders we have. If you need to change an address, please get in touch and email totesforyouu@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the UK is free when you spend over £15. When you spend less than £15 there is a 99p delivery charge.

Please note: These shipping costs are if you buy one tote. The price may increase depending on the order size.


Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

Most of our items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

If you would like to return an item please contact: totesforyouu@gmail.com and we will try to help you as best we can.

To be eligible for a return please look below:

> To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition your received it

> It must be in the original packaging 

> To complete your return we require a proof of purchase
> To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind

> If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
